In November 2023, BalowickCapital LP (“BalowickCapital”) alongside its Partners, acquired Rebel Metal Fabricators Ltd. (d.b.a. Rebel Vac Systems) (“Rebel”). Initially based in Ottawa, Canada, BalowickCapital is a private equity fund founded to acquire, operate and grow privately held businesses in Canada and the United States.
