About Rebel vac systems

Our mission

Proudly located in Red Deer, Alberta, we’ve been creating industry-leading vacuum systems that help fuel the growth of North America’s expanding infrastructure for over 25 years. We help our clients achieve this goal by building products that are easier to operate, built to last in any environment, and customizable for any scenario—right down to the last bolt.

Principles we live by

To continue Rebel’s culture of success, we’ve distilled our thought process into seven simple, easy-to-understand principles that help drive our long-term strategy and internal work culture.

1

There is average, and there is remarkable. But no one ever said anything remarkable about being average.

2

Collective success results from combined efforts.

3

It takes vision to think three steps ahead. It takes guts to execute the first one.

4

The right decision blends decisive action with careful consideration.

5

Be willing to pivot, but not so fast that you fall over.

6

Complacency is the enemy of progress.

7

With the right people in the right environment, success is more than possible—it is practically inevitable.
